Stephens Gentry Sheet Music
Joseph Gentry Stephens (b. 1972 – San Angelo, Texas) is an American composer of choral and electronic music. A percussionist since the age of eleven, Stephens played in the school marching, symphonic, and stage bands in the border town of Texarkana, and was a student of local drum legend, Dave Daily. In college his interest in vocal and choral music led to a Bachelor of Arts in vocal performance from the University of Arkansas – Monticello, where he studied voice and conducting with Dr. Kent Skinner, and a Master of Music in choral conducting from the University of Northern Colorado, where he studied conducting with Dr. Galen Darrough and Dr. Howard Skinner, and voice with Charmaine Coppom.
