Wilhem Peterson Berger Sheet Music
Peterson-Berger studied at the Stockholm Conservatory between 1886-89 and then in Dresden for a year. He is best known for his three albums of national romantic piano pieces; It includes Frösöblomster I, II and III (Frösö flowers), frequently performed Vid kyrka Frösö (in Frösö Church) and Sommarsång (Summer Song). Created over a period of 18 years (1896-1914) and then put together as a collection, the sets gained a reputation for representing a quintessential 'Swedishness' in the romantic, nationalist vein of the time.
